Custom Care is the brainchild of Andrew Patterson, founder of Patterson Homes — a custom home company based out of Orange County, California. Born from the frustrations Andrew had as a builder himself, he experienced firsthand the toll that deferred maintenance takes on homes and the mental load it requires of homeowners and builders alike.

Patterson created the Custom Care Program to protect his customers’ most valuable asset: their home. With this new technology, gone are the days of maintenance worry and stress.
